About Me

My name is Kylie. I'm 25 years old and my husband, Tyler, is 28.

After a year of marriage, we decided to TTC. Almost a year later, we are finally pregnant! We are thrilled to death! It's been a long, emotional rollercoaster of a year but we are so blessed and excited to start our little family. Praise God!

My Birth Plan

I plan on receiving an epidural in a typical hospital setting. I've had several heart complications and surgeries in the past, so I don't feel like it's wise to put that much stress on my heart when it's not necessary. I don't have anything to prove to anyone. As long as myself and my baby are healthy and safe, that's all that matters.

My delivery room will consist of my husband, my mom, and my sister. My sister allowed me to be in the room for the birth of her first child and it was the most beautiful and life-changing experience for me. I am so excited to be able to share this with her, but from the other side of the stirrups! ;)

Congrats Kylie!!! I am with you on an epidural! my aunt had 4 boys naturally and she has said that noone gives you a medal, and your body doesnt praise you haha. Take care of yourself so you can care for bubby. I think an epi allows you to still be with it mentally to "enjoy" the process of birth. best wishes with yours, will be following you :) x
