I have my first sonogram next monday - very excited. I've had cramping, which is normal, and thankfully only queasiness, not throwing up (lol). I've been keeping my diet pretty steady tho, complex carbs to keep the blood sugar even, lots of water with lemon, fruits and veggies.... oh I've been lazy tho! LOL.... how have you been feeling? |
