About Me

In feb 2012 i found out i was pregnant with my son. He would have been my first child. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with left hypoplastic left ventricular heart defect and heterotaxy syndrome. There was no cure doctors said he would most likely be a still born. My heart broke. May 17, 2012 Liam John was born. Its been four cycles now and i believe we are being blessed with our rainbow baby! My heart is over joyed! I cant wait to hold my little one and tell him/her all about there older brother Liam as i know my angel is watching over us!<3 My OBGYN says babys EDD is May 17,2013 due to early ultrasound measurements but I am hoping to hold out til June 1, 2013. So I made my own EDD and due to the circumstances my OBGYN is understanding and let it go since its only two week difference and some people can go late!<3

Update: We are having a daughter!! Go Team Pink! :)

My Birth Plan

My plan is to be blessed to make it to full term and have a healthy little one to have and to hold. So whatever that takes is my plan. Im leaving it in gods hands and the doctors. At the birth i definately would like an epidural and my husband by my side. Also to hold out and have baby June 1, 2013 as long as there is no complications!

	Comment from Maybebaby » Posted Dec. 1, 2012 10:28am You are a very brave and incredible woman, I was told 2 weeks ago my baby has Edwards syndrome and is also expected to be stillborn, I chose to carry on with my pregnancy as wat ever life my daughter has will be special to us all, the doctors didn't expect us to get far, but we r now 18 weeks and she moves like a trooper. I'm so scared and devastated I have been told I will never hear my first baby cry, but when I read posts like urs it gives me hope that I will one day get that chance. Thank you so much and ill keep my fingers and toes crossed for u and ur miracle. Blessed be X
