My husband has a rare auto-immune disease, he went off all his meds in Feb and I went off the pill in Feb 2014. We started TTC in May 2014 for our first. It has been a hard journey as my husband needs his medicine to feel better....each month that passes he gets more sick but the medicine is bad for TTC.

We were hoping to get pregnant before Feb 2015 so that he can go back on meds, if that didn't happen we would discuss our options.

I got pregnant in Nov 2014 but miscarried shortly after at 5 weeks in Dec 2014, I was super devastated and it happened while I was at work. I was positive about it and accepted it so we could move on. It was hard because all the joy I felt was pretty much gone and I got a little depressed for a month. I knew the time was coming when we had to stop TTC and just accept life without children.

I thought I had an anovulation cycle in Feb 2015 which was supposed to be our last attempt. I was sad but I moved on and started living life for myself again. It felt great, to take a break and just relax. Knowing I didn't ovulate meant I wasn't obsessing over anything. When my period was 2 days late I was shocked but just figured the witch was late. Turns out that wasn't PMS but a BFP!!!! Stick my little scorpio, stick!
