I am with you on an epidural! my aunt had 4 boys naturally and she has said that noone gives you a medal, and your body doesnt praise you haha. Take care of yourself so you can care for bubby. I think an epi allows you to still be with it mentally to "enjoy" the process of birth. best wishes with yours, will be following you :) x |
