Mason's Birth Story

On the early hours of April 17, 2012 @ approx. 3am woke up to my water breaking. I woke my husband up I had a quick shower and called l&d. They advised me to come up to the hospital the next morning. Well just a few minutes after that phone call my contractions came on super fast approx.1-2 min apart. We called my mother in law and rushed up to the hospital. Mason made his appearance 20 minutes later our doctor didn't even have a chance to get to the hospital lol. Because of how fast he came I had to do it all natural and I'm really happy I got the opportunity to experience going into labour on my own and having a natural birth! Totally not at all what I had planned but glad things turned out the way they did :) He is a super healthy baby boy and our little family is now complete.

My MIL wants to buy stuff but she also doesn't want to know the gender so right now if it's a boy I have purple and green carasol ponies for the wall(which she thinks is appropriate :s)
