Kieran Finn's Birth Story

My water broke at home with no warning. I was bending over to help my 3 year old in the bathroom and felt a pop. Contractions did not start on their own so they ended up inducing me with Pitocin. Contractions kicked in shortly after that and after a few hours I had progressed from 3 cm 50% effaced to complete. I pushed over two contractions and out he came. :)


I was in disbelief when the doctor said it was a big boy. I even turned to my husband and asked "It is really a boy?'. lol

We came home yesterday and so far he is a happy easy baby. We are in love.
