Thank you I've been really trying to keep my weight in check. I got up to 200 with my twins and then managed to get down and maintain at 124 but then I miscarried a set of twins back in January and packed on about 10 pounds thanks to grief eating and drinking to much wine. So I'm really hoping to get back down to 124 eventually. I used to drink all those protein shakes and stuff and finally stopped because I felt like it was a waste of money. I think you can get all you need from a good diet(easier said than done for me ha.) My dh bought p90x for himself last year and only used it twice of course. I tried it a couple times but it is intense and I just can't seem to get motivated to workout at home even though it would be easier to get in a workout at home when the baby comes especially if we are going to have another bad winter. Great job on already getting back down to that weight that's amazing!!!

Nah, it only looks defined cuz there's no fat covering it...its not strong, esp not now lol! I used to go to the gym every day to prepare for the lift test at school, but once that was over in Dec 2011, I stopped. I hated all the weight gainer shakes, and creatine and glutamine crap I forced down my throat. I had my girl 10wks ago and have managed to stay at 130-133 but I do absolutely nothing and things jiggle. :(
Im pondering starting P90X (try it if u havent yet, its insane) to tone stuff up but Idk if Im prepared to drop to 110-115 again.

I think ur doing great with weight gain, geez u probably wont have any work at all to do after ur boy is out...seriously. Give urself more credit!! =))

Really?!?! Your stomach looked so defined! I had been lifting for over a year before and then I have continued throughout this whole pregnancy although it has really gotten tough these last couple weeks. I didn't workout with the other pregnancies and was overweight. I feel so much better this time around and hoping I can force myself back to the gym once he arrives:).

Ive always been underweight, so I cant do cardio or weight lift while pregnant cuz I'll just burn what little fat I managed to put on. :(
