Awww...your bump looks beautiful though. I know you're uncomfortable. Hopefully the poly will resolve itself.

@FlamingoGirl13 - they won't let me go past 37 weeks gestation with the placenta previa/accreta/percreta - that is where the placenta is growing through the uterus and embeds too deeply into the uterus. Percreta is where it attaches to your bladder or other organs. They are doing a planned hysterectomy to keep me from having too much blood loss and multiple units of blood transfusions. I've had 4 c-sections previously. She's my last, so I am OK with the hysterectomy (never having a period again without going through menopause is really awesome). I never knew of any of these complications before I was diagnosed :-(

Thanks for clarifying! I'm glad she is looking good and pray that you carry her closer to term. <3

@FlamingoGirl13 Thanks! I feel huge! Poly means I have a lot of amniotic fluid. Polyhydramnios is the actual term, but docs call it poly. She's healthy and swallowing just fine, so the docs think it's just possibly due to my "advanced maternal age"... So, I start twice weekly NSTs to monitor baby girl.

You look great! Does poly mean you are having twins?!!
