My Baby Bump Slideshow
-
Week 12
-
Week 13
No hiding this baby bump!
-
Week 14
!4 weeks 3 days. Quick snap at my OB visit. Heartbeat was 162.
-
Week 15
15 weeks 3 Days. Getting ready for my oldest to turn 3 this Friday. I can't believe it!
-
Week 16
16 weeks 5 days. Amazed to feel the baby move already since I didn't feel anything until 19 weeks with the first two due to having an anterior placenta both times.
-
Week 17
17 weeks. Time is really starting to fly. Anatomy scan in less than 2 weeks!
-
Week 18
18 weeks 4 days with my little 3 year old sidekick. Anatomy scan was today. Baby looks healthy and is kicking me all the time now. What a difference not having an anterior placenta makes!
-
Week 20
20 weeks! Halfway point! Feeling good except for some really severe carpal tunnel.
-
Week 21
21 weeks. My abdominal muscles are feeling very sore. I am assuming it is from things stretching a bit too fast. Also starting to feel some Braxton hicks contractions/tightening and ligament pain. Things are getting bigger!
-
Week 22
Feeling great aside from restless legs and carpal tunnel.
-
Week 23
23 weeks.
-
Week 24
24 weeks! I don't have an anterior placenta this time and the difference is huge. There is a little kickboxer in there.
-
Week 25
25 weeks. 1 hour glucose test, rhogam shot and next visit coming up on the 26th already!
-
Week 26
26 weeks. Last week of the 2nd trimester! Carpal Tunnel is slightly better but I have a nasty upper respiratory infection thanks to my youngest. Baby is a kickboxer in there. The difference between an anterior and posterior placenta is no joke. I feel like I missed out the first 2 times around.
-
Week 27
27 weeks 3 days. Glucose test today, I know the odds aren't in my favor since I had Gest DM last time around but I am still hopeful I will pass this time around! Baby was moving so much during my exam the doctor had to chase baby down over and over to find the hb...lol. Measuring 3 weeks ahead today
-
Week 28
28w4d plus one 3 year old (the two year old is there also becuase we all have to go to the bathroom together! lol) Having some SPD issues. Seems to pop up earlier with each consecutive pregnancy! Carpal tunnel is still there and I feel like I am eating everything in sight!
-
Week 29
29w4d. Still measuring 3 weeks ahead so they have added a growth scan to my next ultrasound on the 21st to check my placenta. I can't wait to see baby again! My girls weren't larger than average so maybe this one is a boy?
-
Week 30
30w3d! I am carrying this baby so much higher than my girls. They were always jammed down in my pelvis causing me constant cervical pain and pressure. This time around the pressure isn't there but I find myself gasping for breath just walking between rooms.
-
Week 31
31 Weeks. Really having a problem catching my breath and my hands and feet are really swollen. Blood pressure is great though. Ultrasound tomorrow to check my low lying placenta and they are also doing a growth scan becuase I am measuring 3 weeks ahead.
-
Week 32
32 weeks 4 days. I am breathing a lot better and feeling a lot more pressure on my hips. I feel like baby has settled a lot lower in my pelvis. Hands and feet are swollen but otherwise no major issues so I feel lucky!
-
Week 33
I feel like my belly looks smaller this week even though I did receive a "you are huge" comment at church yesterday. lol. I think baby has dropped down a bit making it look smaller.
-
Week 34
34 weeks. Feeling ready to meet you little one!
-
Week 35
35w2d. Quick picture from my weekly appointment. 2cm dilated. Making some progress.
-
Week 36
36w2d. Weekly check up. Lots of Braxton hicks contractions. A bunch of them are quite painful. Have progressed to 3cm dilated. Cervix still has some thinning out to do. Having a really hard time with reflux. A combination of zantac, tums, and almond milk barely keep it at bay.
-
Week 37
37 Weeks. I feel very lucky and blessed to have made it this far, but I am ready for this baby to be on the outside! I am just super uncomfortable and I am only sleeping around 3-4 hours total each night. I feel like this is going to be my biggest baby.
-
Week 38
38 weeks 1 day. Braxton hicks contractions nightly. I don't think baby has dropped into my pelvis yet. Membrane sweep is scheduled for this Friday and if baby hasn't made their appearance by the 20th I am being induced that day. Baby will be here in 9 days or less!
