Week 6
So excited!
-
Week 7
Can't tell there's a baby in there. Had our first appointment this week. 5 more weeks until uterus moves out of pelvic area!
-
Week 8
Little bit of bloat going on. 4 more weeks until uterus moves out of pelvic area!
-
Week 9
Heard baby's heartbeat at home on fetal doppler for the first time! Took a few tries/evenings of searching to find it. Baby Lovingood likes to hang out on my left side. 3 more weeks until uterus moves out of pelvic area!
-
Week 10
Got some bloat still, looks more like a food baby in there :p 2 more weeks until uterus moves out of pelvic area!
-
Week 11
We had our second appointment this week! Got the panorama blood test done and got to see baby on ultrasound again, since baby was being stubborn and the OB couldn't find the heartbeat with fetal doppler. 1 more week until uterus moves out of pelvic area and 2.5 more weeks until second trimester!!
-
Week 12
Uterus should start moving up now! 1.5 weeks until second trimester! First trimester has been great, only nausea, no throwing up. Just peeing a lot, exhausted, hungry and eager to find out gender.
-
Week 13
Happy Thanksgiving!! We got our panorama results back and are low risk for everything! We also did a small gender reveal with family on Thanksgiving and found out we are having a BOY! Quinton Bradley-Aulton <3 Moving on into the second trimester! So thankful for this blessing.
-
Week 14
14 weeks! Officially in the second trimester! Some days I feel like I look pregnant and some days I feel like I just look fat. So ready for my bump to appear and stay! Barely any symptoms now besides acne. Got it on my face, shoulders and chest. Yuck.
-
Week 15
Started venturing into wearing maternity clothes, just to stay comfortable. I also felt my first couple of nudges from Quinton after eating dinner the other night! <3 Other than that, I've had a very "not feeling pregnant" week. Ready for some more steady movements from him.
-
Week 16
16 weeks! Started feeling "the quickening". Felt more like popcorn, or nudges. Really cool! The downside to this past week is that I've woken up every. single. morning. with a headache. :/
-
Week 17
We traveled to Ohio to see my family, had a lot of fun. Feel some movements here and there, can't wait for them to be more consistent. Still wake up every day with a headache. Starting to "pop" just a little. Quinton was very spoiled this Christmas. <3
-
Week 18
18 weeks! Slowly putting on weight now. Everything is going well though. Still have headaches almost every day. Feeling some nudges here and there.
-
Week 19
19 weeks, almost halfway there! Had an appointment this week. Due to the weather though, we were unable to do Quinton's anatomy scan and had to reschedule for next week. Had a couple days less headaches this week, but lots of heartburn and indigestion. Still only a few movements here and there.
-
Week 20
Woahhhh, we're halfway there! Haha! It's been a good week! I don't think I've had a single headache, and I popped! We've had more nudges, not constant enough yet for the hubby to feel, although I've been able to feel him some. We had our 20 week anatomy scan and he's doing great! <3
-
Week 21
19 weeks to go! I feel like it's time to start counting down weeks now that we're on the second half of pregnancy. I've had a cold almost this whole past week, it's finally making it's way out the door. Still looking forward to more movements from Q. Onto the next week!
-
Week 22
I can't wait to meet my little man. Starting to put on weight faster, which I'm not a huge fan of, ha. And I'm starting to feel him a little more often, husband still has yet to feel him. I feel like time is starting to go by faster for the moment. 7 weeks til baby shower and 18 weeks til due date!
-
Week 23
Definitely starting to look and feel pregnant this week. I actually felt huge today when I took this picture. Hubby got to finally feel some kicks too! Feeling tired in the middle of the day again, and starting to hurt in my left knee and hip, and have sciatic nerve pain. But still loving pregnancy!
-
Week 24
Feeling pretty good! Not much pain this past week, had a doctor's appointment and that went well. Going gestational diabetes test and another ultrasound to check on little man's kidneys at the 28 week appointment. Heartburn is a daily thing and back pain as well by the end of the evening.
-
Week 25
15 weeks to go! It's been a pretty good week. Been feeling him more and more, still not as much as I'd like but hey, maybe he's going to be a chill baby. 3 weeks til third trimester and 4 weeks til baby shower!
-
Week 26
14 more weeks til due date & 3 weeks til the baby shower! It's been another pretty easy week. Love feeling him move around. Finalized my registries and bought the bedding set for his nursery. I can't wait to see my family and celebrate him at the baby shower!!
-
Week 27
27 weeks, last week of second trimester! Wow, time has flown. This week was pretty chill, besides noticing stretch marks coming in, ahh!! haha. So ready for week 28's doctors appointment, and the 3D ultrasound & then baby shower that follow the next week. Been nesting quite a bit.
-
Week 28
Hellooo third trimester! We had our 28 week appointment and an ultrasound to check on his kidneys, his fetal hydronephrosis has gone from mild to moderate so we will have to get a second opinion from a high risk doctor next week. But, we did pass our gestational diabetes test! Bring on next week!
-
Week 29
29 weeks! We had our 3D ultrasound this week as well as our baby shower! It was so much fun, we found out he was folded in half, which is probably why I haven't really been feeling him too much which was making me worried. He likes to have his little feet in front of his face. 11 weeks to go!
-
Week 30
We had our appointment with the high risk doctor to follow up on his fetal hydronephrosis. The doctor is thinking it may go down and take care of itself by time he's born, we will follow up with them week 34. I've been working a lot in the nursery and he unfolded himself! 10 more weeks!
-
Week 31
We're getting there! It was a pretty quick, easy week. Finishing up in the nursery, buying things here and there, packing the diaper bag and washing everything. My feet and ankles are staying swollen pretty much all the time now. Only 9ish more weeks to go!
-
Week 32
My feet are staying pretty consistently swollen, and I've definitely reached the uncomfortable stage. More so in the evenings and at nights than during the day. 8 more weeks to go!
-
Week 33
Still uncomfortable and swollen. But luckily the doctors aren't worried about preeclampsia. I always have this fear that I'll develop it. This week I finished the nursery, finished packing his diaper bag, and finished buying everything from the "Need" list of baby items! 7ish weeks to go!
-
Week 34
I am EXHAUSTED. We were cleared from the High Risk doctor, his hydronephrosis has taken care of iteself, kidneys back to normal size. I believe they'll check one more time when he's a week old and make everything's good. We had our hospital tour & now we're continuing the countdown!
-
Week 35
I can't believe how close we are to the end of month 8! It's been an alright week. Constant heartburn, my feet are always swollen and hurt, my hips and back hurt, the stretch marks are real and itch so bad and I want to eat everything. Haha. Gotta love pregnancy. Bring on month 9!!
-
Week 36
We're back in the time is going by so fast yet so slow stage. Finally down to weekly appointments, we had our Group B Strep test and passed, woohoo! I'm super uncomfortable and so ready to meet my Q, so now we just continue our countdown and hopefully he's here sooner rather than later! <3
-
Week 37
37 weeks. One word, exhausted. Was only softened but not dilated at our appointment this week. Hoping for more progress at our 38 week appointment. I'm so ready to have this baby.

Week 39

Week 40
We made it to 40w1d when my Doctor sent me to Labor and Delivery to have my water broken! My blood pressure was elevated and Dr said he saw no need to not go ahead and just deliver. I was 40w2d when he was delivered.
