I would have never thought how much one month on bed rest can affect you physically. It's been about a month since I came home from the hospital and I still have no energy, and my muscles are so weak. I can barely walk around the block. Of course that and a surgery but still... It's crazy! It's now much better than weeks ago, but I feel like it's gonna be a long road to feeling normal again.
