Had a regular scheduled appointment today. Mentioned that I was still bleeding off and on but not heavy. She was able to find the heartbeat with the doppler but baby kept moving so she could only get 3 to 4 beats in a row. She had me get an ultrasound after noting "I have never had a baby move this much this early." So it sounds like we're doomed, lol.
They FINALLY saw where the bleeding was coming from on the ultrasound and it was confirmed that it is a small tear in the placenta that is not affecting the baby and it should clear up on it's own, hopefully! I'm just glad they found something and they don't think I'm crazy anymore!
Little man moved quite a bit during the ultrasound and we confirmed that it is in fact another boy, lol.
Next appointment is 3/25/19 for the anatomic scan.

Comment from MalPal85 » Posted Mar. 14, 2019 2:14pm Sandy, Thanks! Sure wish insurance covered pads, lol. I'm excited for the next scan! Sonata, Thanks! I myself have had some uterus falling out feeling periods in my day lol.
Comment from sonata85 » Posted Mar. 13, 2019 8:50pm So glad you got an answer, and your boy is crazy active!!!! Yeah, agreeing with Sandy here--you're supposed to get a break during pregnancy! I forgot how much bleeding sucks until my 1st PP period and I seriously felt like my uterus was going to fall out. Looking forward to your updates!!!
Comment from dakotagurrl » Posted Mar. 13, 2019 8:25pm Awww I'm glad u finally got an answer. It's frustrating when they can't find the source for a bleed...and spending most of the pregnancy wearing a pad of some type, sucks ass! That's supposed to be our break from that shit lol! Hang in there! =)) I'll be watching for ur anomaly entry. Geez I can't believe how fast ur pregnancy is moving. I clearly remember u getting the first test, now ur scheduling the halfway point scan....craziness! =)) |
