12 weeks milestone passed

I've just had the dating scan - and baby is looking absolutely fine :) I'm now a little less worried - that's a big milestone! I think its time to fully enjoy things. Only thing I have to wait for now is the downs test results in 3-10 days (earlier means bad news). Just looking at the scan myself and putting my Dr. Google hat on - the scan looks good - but I'm no medical expert so we will see (+ worry).

No bump yet (12w3d) - not even sure I can feel the uterus. My queasiness in the morning is pretty much gone now - although ever so often I'll feel very mildly queasy out of the blue. The other day I was randomly sick at work and that's only the second time I've actually been sick. I'm still bloated of course! I've only just had a bag of crisps and I'm already bloated up! Boobs are still sore and I can't work out if they're bigger or not. Sometimes they look bigger, sometimes smaller. Sometimes they feel hard sometimes soft. I've stopped poking them now - they don't mean anything!! I have visible veins around my abdomen but only if I press lightly. I seem to have more veins in my thighs too. The veins in my boobs arent too bad - probably about the same as they are before my period usually. Still a lot of CM!

I've had no spotting since the scare at 10w2d. My feeling is that I had a BV infection, which was irritating my cervix - and has now been cleared up by the antibiotics. My CM seems less yellow now.

I'm telling my boss tomorrow - to be honest quite excited. I'm only going to tell my boss for now - and let everyone else know after xmas :D
