Had my appointment today. Got to see baby on th ultrasound and I just cried and cried when I saw the heartbeat. It was 130-140 which concerns me a little because that seems low for 8.5 weeks but maybe baby was just resting. But it measured fine. The docs are putting me on aspirin and I get to do the 24 hour urine sample for the potential preclamsia. Still in shock. And praying everything keeps growing well.

I'm now 14 weeks pregnant and saw my doc at 7 weeks and again at 8 in a half and then I also take aspirin and had to do my glucose and my urine. My baby now had the heart beat of 130 too! Don't worry. It happens hun. All will be ok!

Taking stress is not good for your health. You just keep calm and read some mummy to be stuff. There are many on the internet. I think this kind of stuff will really help you plan better for your baby. It’s an amazing experience to give birth to a small one. My advice to you is taking a healthy and balanced diet as suggested by your gynecologist. Please be sure that you must start your day with some fruit like apple. In my time, I felt very hungry when I woke up. I felt like I will die if I will not eat anything. At that time, I ate an apple every day. Wish you all the best for your future baby.
