Eight months old and getting so brave! She's finally up on her hands and knees crawling, I have to admit I miss that silly little scoot more than I thought I would! She's cruising around the furniture like a pro, has even taken a couple steps between the couch and the ottoman (more like falling forward than really walking!), she has no fear and will try anything. Little dare devil loves to do whatever big brother is doing, which often results in panicking momma as she crawls up the stairs or shoves 3 apple slices in her mouth in quick succession (baby proofing with a toddler in the house is so hard! Max gives Nina so many things she shouldn't have, it's terrifying!), but she just laughs and crawls on her way to the next naughty thing! She cut her first teeth, I love her new little toothy smile and at the same time I miss that little gummy grin so much. I wish time would slow down and she would stay a baby longer, I feel like we're steaming towards toddlerhood at a breakneck pace!

And the more you have the quicker the time flies, and the more you feel that you don't get enough time enjoying them. I'll tell ya, you're helping me to realize what I'm in for in a couple months with a toddler giving the baby everything, lol. As if things aren't coming crazy enough, right?! |
