My body this 4th pregnancy

As I'm getting older and having issues, I feel like my body is so run down. Although all my blood levels come back fine except my iron levels and glucose are borderline low.
Beginning to get frustrated because my body reacts so differently than when I was in my twenties. This morning I was sitting here at my desk and I began to get dizzy... sitting. I closed my eyes thinking it was the over stimulation and it got worse. I slowly got up and walked around and it got better which leads me to believe it was low blood pressure that set it off.
I fear the dizziness because I am susceptible to fainting now. A week after having to deliver Connor, my iron levels dropped low enough that I fainted. As I felt myself losing myself, I was able to lower myself to a crouch and I just blanked out. Apparently in the process, I slammed my head into the fridge (I left a dent in the door) waking up with my head cupped in my DH's hand with him trying to wake me. I was only out for a few seconds he said, but it felt like hours.
Now being at work, the fear of fainting starts to scare me. Thankfully the guys are hear today, but more often than not, no one is here. I have my ultrasound on this Weds along with the doctor follow up after and I will mention to her about this. It is just so scary to me now...

I developed hypogylcemia (low blood sugar) where my levels would drop to 50 (anything below 70 is not good). I bought glucose tablets at the drugstore and ate one in the morning and anytime I felt off (dizzy, foggy). Make sure you eat more protein (eggs, cheese stick, peanut butter) as that helps balance your sugar levels. Keep a juice box handy at work too. I know those feelings are super scary....but try the tablets and eating a little more protein.

I'm curious what your doctor says because I have the same issue when getting up. My blood pressure has lowered so much, I no longer have to take my BP medication! Hopefully, she will have some advice on how to counteract the dizziness!

Hoping doc can give you some help/comfort. Keep us posted, sugar. P.S. Isn't age a cruel joke?
