15 weeks

I have hit 15 weeks today which is nice. I had vomiting this morning to celebrate!!! I know, gross. Thanks stomach for keeping me on my toes.
It is very stressful with constantly feeling the round ligament pain especially in the front left of my lower abdomen. It gets so uncomfortable sitting in my office chair which in turn pulls on my back muscle. My stomach is the size of where I was at 36 weeks with Connor so it comforts me knowing this pregnancy is going well. I am now down to 1 time a day listening to Mathew's heartbeat instead of 3 or 4 times a day. I am a little calmer now since I eased into my 2nd trimester. My next appointment is on Aug 27th and I am assuming more blood will be taken. Oct 1st can't come soon enough so I can see my lil guy again!!

PS I am still plagued with morning sickness as well. As a matter of fact, I'm waiting on my nurse to give me a call back right now to discuss an herbal tea my husband got me last night when he was out at the store, it's Traditional Medicinals Organic Ginger tea, and I want to know if it's safe to use to treat the morning sickness rather than have to opt for a supplement from the doctor of some sort. I'd much rather go the natural route. Hang in there!

I'm so happy for you! It's so nice to reach a point where you can feel comfortable and 'safe', so to speak, in your pregnancy. I can't WAIT to be out of the first trimester; just 3.5 weeks left for me to go. I will feel a lot better about the pregnancy at that point. I know what you mean about the round ligament pain; I actually have experienced it even when I wasn't pregnant, and it's no fun! I am beginning to get it now and it's miserable. I have a habit of getting up too quick from bed and that's usually when it hits me. That and dizziness lol Like a double whammy! I get my round ligament pain in the bottom right and its paralyzing for a minute. I am thinking of getting a fetal heart dopplar; did you rent or buy?

Yay, I am happy to hear things are going well!! But sorry to hear morning sickness isn't easing up for you yet... and they say 12 weeks it eases up, liars! ;-) hope it goes away soon for you!! Almost 4 Months already!!!

Yay for 15 weeks... seems like it is going a little quicker now for some reason. :)

happy 15 weeks :D I have some strange pulling (painful at times) above my bellybutton - it sucks especially that I get it in the evening when I am ready to go to bed... hopefully your ligament pain will go away soon

Congrats on 15 weeks! I'm experiencing what I believe is round ligament pain in the exact same spot you are talking about and I also get the lower back pain at work because our chairs are absolutely terrible. I actually skipped a day yesterday and didn't use my doppler which I thought was a miracle. I'm sure I'll have it out tonight though. Glad you are calmer now!
