I hate these Pregnancy Dreams.
By HzlGreenEyes » Posted Sep. 29, 2015 9:31am - 292 views - 5 comments

I have had a streak of bad sleepless nights. I find that when this happens, I end up having HORRIBLE Nightmares about this pregnancy. The nightmares consist of using the bathroom only to find that I am bleeding vaginally. Now, the only thing that has been my saving grace is that I don't end up losing the baby... it's just bleeding and cramping. Seriously, I feel cramping in the dream.

Waking up in the Morning, I can feel my lil guy kicking away which is a calming feeling. It sure helps after having the nightmare. Ugh... Can't wait until Thursday to see my Munchkin on the screen to see how he is doing in there.

Thank you Ladies for letting me know I am not the only one with these Horrible Nightmares. It is such an uneasy feeling to have. Hope like you all, these will fade after seeing the ultrasound on Thursday. <3

I had a streak of nightmares as well. It's awful. Glad you're feeling him kicking away when you wake up though.

I used to have pregnancy nightmares also, but where I did lose the baby, wen I was early pregnant. I think with all the bleeding and cramping I had, I felt so sure it was going to happen and that's why I had those nightmares. They seemed to have stopped when I found out why I was bleeding, that my son is healthy and doing fine, and after our anatomy scan showed no further issues. Every once in a while I still worry about something bad happening, which can cause nightmares, and I'm so afraid of going through another loss, so I think nightmares about it are going to happen unfortunately... hope they go away soon and glad those baby kicks help ease your mind, they help me too :-)

I think you are just scared and the dreams just reflect your feeling which makes you more scared/stressed.
I had those dreams in the first few weeks and I was so scared that something bad will happen.
You are doing great mama and baby is doing great as well :) Just try to take a relaxing bath before you go to bed and maybe watch a good and happy movie to take your mind of these crazy dreams.

Yes those dreams are horrible, when I was pregnant with my son I had them. I know it was just my worries getting the best of me, I would spend all day trying to put them in the back of my mind they would just reappear at night. Hopefully they will get better soon, I know the lack of sleep has to be hard.
