Here we go again!

Brandt is only 7 months old, but here we are! I'm pregnant again! I'm surprised it happened so quickly. I was expecting to have to try for at least 6 months, but nope. lol. I am very excited, but also a little sad. Hubby and I both agreed that 3 was our cutoff, and this baby makes 3. It makes me sad to think that I will never get excited about another positive pregnancy test, that this will be my last pregnancy, that after Three (that is this baby's nickname), I will never have the baby phase again. So I'm trying to cherish this one. We told my oldest son, Tyler, that we're expecting another baby, as we try not to hide anything from him. He got the biggest grin on his face and told us that it better be a girl this time. He wants a baby sister so badly.
Update on Brandt: He is out of his casts for his clubfoot. He got out of those the first of December. He is now in his boots and bar brace 18 hours a day, down from 23. He's getting his first 2 teeth, and he's almost crawling! He's got going backwards down as well as scooting around on his butt. But when he tries to crawl forward, he face plants into the floor. I try not to laugh, but he makes it so hard. He giggles when he falls, says "OH!", and gets right back up on his hands and knees. He's so silly. Tyler is playing with him more and more, now that he is getting more fun to play with. It makes me so proud and happy to see them together. They absolutely adore each other.

I hear ya on not wanting to stop at 2. I'm not 100% sure on stopping with 3, but with my history, I kinda feel like I'm tempting fate. I hope you're able to concieve quickly when you're both ready! Tim is such a cutie! |

Hopefully it will be easy for us to conceive #2 when hubby is officially ready. I've been wanting to try for #2 for a while now. Hubby does, too, but isn't quite ready for some reason LOL! So, trying to be patient and wait on him, haha! Tim is now 1 and I'm going nuts with baby fever already. I, too, wanted to be done having children before I was 30. I'm going to be 27 next weekend... And I'm not sure I want to stop at just 2 kids now... So I don't think I'm going to be done before 30, but still would like to expand my family quickly since it was so hard to conceive Tim... I will be following you ^_^ So happy for you! |
