10 weeks 5 days and Vertigo

This past week has been horrible. I get vertigo so bad that it is really hard to move at times. It's always random when it hits, and lasts for varying lengths of time. I always feel as if I'm rocking back and forth, kinda like I'm on a boat, right before it hits. Luckily, I haven't passed out, although it's been close a couple of times. A few days ago I was actually seeing black spots and my husband had to carry me back to our bed. Thankfully he was off when it happened, as I think I would have passed out. I don't know what's causing it, but I am wondering if some of it is because I recently quit smoking. I have never experienced vertigo with any of my previous pregnancies, so it's all new to me.
I already can't fit into any of my pre-pregnancy clothes. I can fit into one pair of pants, but it's really uncomfortable and I have to leave the button undone. No weight gain, though. I knew I would start filling out quicker this time around, as this is my 4th pregnancy.
Brandt is 9 months old now. He's crawling and pulling up on everything. He's cruising around while holding onto the furniture and us. Tyler, who recently turned 5, is constantly picking him up and half carrying half dragging him around. Brandt seems to enjoy it, but it scares me. I'm always worried he's going to drop him. But boy, does he love playing with bubby now that he's so mobile.
