26 weeks!

I am 26 weeks today! Woo hoo! Another week closer to holding my baby girl in my arms. I can't seem to shake the feeling that she is going to come early, though. I really hope it's just my anxiety making me feel like that. I am also nesting like mad today. I know it is way early, but I woke up and decided to wash all of her clothes before I moved them to her dresser. My dad also brought my oldest's old crib down for us on Sunday. It's sitting in our spare room right now, just begging me to put it together. It's missing one of the threaded bushings, though, so I need to find another one before I can put it together. I also need to get the spare room cleaned out before then, as well. It's just a matter of figuring out where to put it all. We do not have enough room here. My husband found a 3 bedroom house for rent down the road, so we are contemplating breaking our lease here and moving. Just not sure if we can afford to break the lease. =/

I was sitting on the couch earlier today and Valerie starting kicking and rolling around like crazy. I started rubbing my belly and talking to her. She must have liked me rubbing my belly, because she kept chasing my hand and pressing against it. It made me smile so big. I know I am going to miss this part of pregnancy after she's born, but I am content with her being my last baby. I know I will be sad knowing that once I get my tubes tied, I will not have another baby but I don't think I will regret my decision. Three is enough for me.

Anyways, nothing new to really report this week. My oldest is adjusting to school fairly well. He hasn't fought me the past 2 days about getting out of bed and ready to go. My 1 year old is having a harder time with it. He's so used to having someone to play with all day, and now it's just me and him from the time we put Tyler on the bus until Daddy gets home. He's been napping more than usual, but I think that's just teething and a growth spurt. When he's awake, he is super clingy and attaches himself to my leg. God forbid I try to go to the bathroom without him. All I see under the door is half of his nose and one of his eyes, with a little hand being shoved under the crack. It's kind of creepy, but also heartbreaking. I'm thinking he is going to have a hard adjusting once Valerie is born and he has to share me. (He's my Momma's boy through and through.)

Congrats on 26 weeks! LOVE the baby movement story with her chasing her hand. I can't wait to feel my little one more and more. I am just itching to wash all the clothes I have too I just need to find the time. Between working full time and having cram packed weekends, I just don't deal with them but my SIT gave me two tubs full so I have to get busy sooner rather than later, haha. Glad your boy is adjusting well to school. Hopefully your other little one will keep busy helping you with Valerie :).

I want to wash all my clothes so bad but will probably have to wash them 2-3 more times before they come due to the pet hair and such! School gets easier as they get older, at least in terms of getting them up. I'm so glad the kiddos at home are at school before I get up!
