Still having sporadic contractions. They hurt something fierce, enough where I have to stop what I'm doing and take a deep breath. Today I had a few that made me double over. I have an OB appointment this coming Wednesday, so I am trying to push through until then. Been trying to take it easy, drink tons of water, and stay off my feet as much as my kids will allow me to.

My husband and I got the bedroom swap done on Thursday. There is still some cleaning and organizing left to do in both of the rooms, but at least the heavy stuff is moved around and the rest is all small things I can do. I also got the pack n play set up by my side of the bed. I didn't feel like messing with the crib, as I will most likely end up cosleeping again. Plus, it's just a pain to set up and the pack n play takes up so much less space. So Valerie's crib will be set up in the nursery/playroom and will most likelg become home to my boys HUGE collection of stuffed animals until Miss V is ready for it.

Also, my oldest shocked me this week at school. He has behaved amazingly well all week, with only a few bumps and blunders. They have a behavior chart the school uses, and he has been on the upper side of it all week. I am shocked and so very proud. He is trying so hard to control himself and it shows. So my husband and I have decided that as a reward for doing so well, we are goinv to take him to our local Fall Festival tomorrow afternoon and let him go on the rides and play some of the games. They also habe a HUGE parade in the evening. It will be a nice treat for the family, but especially for my oldest. He is still scheduled for his formal evaluation on the 29th for adhd, odd, and to see if he possibly has bipolar disorder. But in the meantime, we are still doing everything we can to help him. His school has been amazing and we are so thankful for it.

Oh, and my boys got their Halloween costumes today! My oldest decided to be Bumblebee from Transformers, and my youngest is going to be an elephant. They are both just too cute in them.

Everyone's contractions need to go away!! Lol.

Crystal, Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, but it is very bittersweet for me. My firstborn daughter was stillborn on Halloween 9 years ago this year. My sons make the day brighter for me, as I believe if I hadn't lost her I would not have them. We're planning on packing Halloween day with a lot of busy activities, hopefully to make it a little easier. As soon as my husband gets off work, we're taking Liya a cupcake for her 9th angelversary, then taking the boys trick or treating, and then afterwards we're going to a family bonfire.

I've been having them too, unfortunately. Hoping they get better for us both!! I can't wait for Halloween!!!! I'm so excited for the upcoming holidays!! My sister in law and her family moved into their own place, so Tim is getting his own room, then we're switching rooms with mother in law to give her the bigger room. But I can't do a darn thing until contractions stop and nesting is driving me nuts to get things done lol

Sounds like we are in the same boat with contractions! =( Hopefully they will ease up a bit. My appointment is on Tuesday.
