Had my 37 weeks check up today. For all of the contractions I have had this passed week, there is no progression at all. =/ I know it is still considered early yet, but really? All those contractions and nothing. Not going to lie, I am disappointed. However, Valerie passed her second NST today. She was asleep at first, so the doctor had me eat some peanut butter crackers. That woke her up and she wouldn't quit moving the rest of the appointment. She kept at it until we got home and I laid down for a nap. She is doing well and that's all that matters. I am cramping pretty bad from my cervix check today. I know that's normal, but I have never had this level of cramping after an exam before. My next appointment is the 12th, 12 days before my due date.

 | Comment from Cattsmeow » Posted Nov. 5, 2015 8:10am Summer, the cervix check from yesterday triggered some more mucus plug loss and some pretty strong contractions for about 2 hours before they tapered off. =/ Today, I still feel pretty crampy and have a difinite increase in discharge, so we'll see. thomasanddawn, thank you! I can't wait to hold my daughter in my arms. |
