30 Week Marker

I feel like hitting the 30 week point is a huge deal. I am not sure why, but I feel as though once you hit 30 weeks, you are on the homestretch. YAY!!! Not too much has changed but it just feels different. I have begun to "nest" a little bit (if that is the proper word to use). By nesting, I mean that I have started to want to make things for our little girl. I went to the craft store yesterday for 1 thing and walked out with a cart FULL... oops. But on the bright side, I finished my first textured painting for Madilynn. I have several more that I want to get done before she gets here though. And... I just about finished her 2nd baby blanket.
On another note, My hunny and I decided to walk around the Alaska State Fair for 5.5 hours on Sunday... and let me tell you... THAT was a mistake. My hip HATES me for that. I have a massage booked for Wednesday so hopefully that will help. I am looking for any kind of relief at this point. If i sit for more than 30 seconds, moving is excruciating. I stiffen within seconds. I need to break out the exercise ball but I forgot it again today. Everyone keeps saying how much that will help... I can only pray they are right!!!

Comment from pbc910 » Posted Sep. 8, 2015 1:13pm I've found it hard to be active and not active at the same time. If I do too much, my body is sore. If I don't do enough, my body is sore! I've heard so much about exercise balls and how much they really help. You'll have to let us know if that's the case! | |
