Still pondering names

Still wondering what names to go with. We're not finding out gender so we want to set our hearts on 2 names, 1 boy 1 girl. I already have middle names picked out I just have to find first names with the right flow. My husband has left the choice completely up to me since we named out 1st together and he named our 2nd because his dad died and he wanted to use his dad's name.
Our last name is very Czech so we need something that flows nicely with the middle names I have picked out (boy's after my twin brother and girl's after my best friend and step-sister).

Just looking for anything people think has flow! For girl I have loved Marina or Regina, and for a boy we're liking Roman but I am just looking for any other names we may not have thought of! Any suggestions!?
