Surprise baby shower!

So I'd been out shopping with my mum all morning, bought my new pram and car seat, got home at 2pm and thought it was strange hubbie had been home from work and hung washing out! Walked in the back door and thought 'strange, the house feels warm and there are peoples shoes here?!' and the living room door was closed and it never is.. I still hadn't guessed!!
I walked in the front room and all my lovely girlie friends, mil and hubbie shouted "surprise!" Well I could not have been any more surprised.. Or emotional! I burst into tears and had to have a small glass of fizz to get over the shock! Ha ;)
We played funny games, guess the poop in the nappy (ie brown sauce), pin the dummy on the baby, guess who the baby pic belongs to then I opened all my wonderful gifts!
My 2 best friends had made the food, pulled pork wraps and chilli with rice and garlic bread, it was awesome! Had the best afternoon :)))
It's all feeling a bit more real and imminent now.. If they let me go to 39 weeks there's only 42 days to go!! Finish work on Friday, cannot wait!!
