Culprit of Spotting

Well, my husband wanted to "play around down there" this evening. I didn't think it was probably the best idea, but figured uggg I guess we'll give it a try. We didn't have sex, but it was enough to irritate the baby. SO-lesson learned-my downstairs is OFF LIMITS 4 awhile!!! I spotted immediately afterwards, and I think this same scenario is actually why we had spotting last saturday...it just didn't happen until like an hour after the time before. I am just not putting 2 and 2 together...dont I feel like a dummy. I didn't cramp or anything, just spotting. So i'm just going to relax the next few days. I'm sure all is okay, just baby didn't like foreplay :-/
I have read that sexual activity can cause spotting :( :-/ So long story short-no sexual activity of ANY kind for A LONG time!!!
