I'm Back Again

Hi ladies. I know most of you have read already on CTP, but I am miraculously pregnancy again. I wasn't trying, and was just resting and recovering after the miscarriage in December.
Last time I went to the RE on Monday, December 18, 2017 my hcg was down to the 220's from 1980's the Saturday before. So it was dropping quickly. Well, this past Wednesday I emailed my nurse and told her that my period was nearly a week late and was asking what I should do. I took an hpt that morning and it was negative. I didn't hear back from her, so Friday morning, I tested again. BFP! I about hit the floor I was so shocked! So the nurse and I played email tag all day and apparently she and the RE were thinking it was lingering hcg from the miscarriage. So they had me come in this morning. We couldn't see anything on the ultrasound, but they were just checking to make sure nothing wonky was going on. My ovaries were quiet and my lining was thick. So they called me a few minutes ago with the blood results. My HCG was 61.8, progesterone was 16 and estradiol was 148. She said that they now think that this is a new pregnancy, just really early, and they are having me go back for a repeat labs on Wednesday morning.
I already knew this was a new pregnancy. And I know that this baby is tough and a fighter. So now just praying that Wednesday shows a doubling.

May be you are not feeling happiness at that level which were at your first time but believe me you are lucky one. You got your pregnancy again. Most of woman have problems after their first pregnancy. Due to their first miscarriage they become infertile to have pregnancy again. So this baby will give you strength. No matter is all about your tests on Wednesday which will give some clarity. May you have double lines and in other words your results must be in positive sense. You really need prayers at this time. So my prayers and best wishes are with you. may you have a safe pregnancy again. Live a long and healthy life. Stay positive!!!!

	Comment from cmere84 » Posted Jan. 29, 2018 7:10pm My progesterone was only 10.2 on my first draw. Was put on supplements but it never went over 12 which was my last draw at almost 6 weeks. So no worries! I'm so happy to see this!

I’m okay with my results today, even though I wish my progesterone was a little better. Probably going to ask about supplements after I get the results Wednesday. But so far, so good. :-)
	Comment from sonata85 » Posted Jan. 29, 2018 1:27pm This is so similar to my current pregnancy. 1st beta was 54, then 103, then 648 a few days later with visible gestational sac. Sending positive vibes and I know your docs are probably rooting for you too!!
