4th hcg Test Result

They finally called me with the results from my hcg test this morning. I needed 1563 to double in 48 hours and mine was...2109!! (Double time a little over 41 hours!) The baby is growing like a weed. I am SO beyond relieved! We scheduled our first ultrasound for Friday (per my RE's request, I would wait a week) and the nurse said we may "only" see the gestational sac. And I was like "only?!" That's all I've ever seen on ultrasound--ever. I'll be thrilled to "only" see the gestational sac!! I'd probably cry from happiness just seeing a gestational sac, anything else and I'll probably faint!
And I looked up the average hcg level per week and it looks like I am definitely in the 5th week of pregnancy. I really am pretty much completely unsure, and I never thought I would be one of those women because I've been trying so long and temping and testing for ovulation with strips...but I am truly unsure. I have a guesstimate based on when my fluids got heavier, but I really don't know. I'm going to have to rely on ultrasound to tell me I suppose.
Anyway...just wanted to update. I'll update again Friday after the ultrasound. :)
