Time still seems to be moving pretty fast! I had no doctor appointments this week, which was kind of nice.

The baby seems to be doing well. I've noticed she has days where she is super active and then days where I start to freak out because I barely feel her, even when being lazy. But I think the calmer days she is just having a rest day or something. I've been doing kick counts every day and she easily makes 10 kicks in under an hour. On her active days it only takes 5 minutes or so. I have seen her foot sticking up above my belly button. First time I didn't know what the lump was and I gently nudged it and she went nuts! It was so cute. So now when I feel a lump I know what it is. :) She's finally starting to encroach on my ribs. She's head down most of the time and her little kicks are getting closer and closer to my ribs. (I know it's going to hurt when she finally kicks my ribs, but I look forward to it. I love feeling her kicks, even when they hurt!)

I'm having more heartburn lately. My leg muscles cramp quite a bit. I have hip pain every single night from sleeping on my side and wake up 4-6 times a night to pee. (I'm drinking a lot to combat dehydration so that and the diabetes just compound each other.) And last Monday I realized that colostrum was leaking out of my left nipple. Right one is still not doing anything, but the left one is.

This next week is doctor appointment heavy. Wednesday is OB day. I'll have my Rhogam shot, Tdap and some more bloodwork. Then Friday is MFM. I think they are doing a Biophysical Profile. At the end of each appointment the MFM hands me a piece of paper to give to the scheduler and the MFM has circled what kind of appointment the next one will be. Last time "BPP" was circled, so I googled BPP when I got home. Biophysical Profile. Sounds like an in-depth appointment.

Then a week from today me, my DH, my parents, my sister and her husband are going for the baby's last 4D ultrasound. After 30 weeks they said they images get harder to get because of the baby's size, so we are going right at 30 weeks so all the main adults in Maggie's life can see her little face in 4D one last time before she is born. :) I'm so excited. I love the 4D appointments. They are so relaxed and just for fun. :) Expensive, but totally worth it to me!

I'm having trouble with my step-kids and DH to a degree. My step-kids are 16, 13, and 10. They are old enough that they understand what pregnancy entails and how it isn't always easy on the mom. I've explained over and over that I'm beginning to have more and more trouble sleeping and that I need them to be extra careful at night to be quiet so as to not wake me up. I've told them that I wake up a lot hurting and/or having to pee. I don't get more than 2-3 hours consecutive sleep. Well, it's summer vacation and their bedtimes are relaxed. The oldest and youngest wake me up every single night. Seriously. Then I tell DH and he just says "sorry." The 2 that wake me up don't mind me very well, but they do him. I need DH to put a stop to it, but he thinks I'm being a baby. But I'm tired and ill every day and he can blame himself...They did it last night, woke me up at 1am. Told DH this morning and "Sorry." was the response. I'm about ready to go get a hotel room for a few nights to get some decent sleep!

Anyway...other than that, I love being pregnant. I love feeling my baby girl move around. I love fantasizing about once she's out here. I love this time of my life. :)

Interesting story, glad you're loving and enjoying your pregnancy. You deserve this happiness and moment in your life. Oh and the hotel get away sounds like a great idea. Just some mommy and me time. P.S. I've been following you since CTP days.
