I had my ob appointment on Monday and wowsers
...I have put on 7.5kg!!! I was soo shocked. I knew my appetite had been outta control but wow. I have been doing tons of walking and incidental excersise. So it's onto a more restricted diet for me. The dr only wants me to gain 10kgs for the entire pregnancy!! Yeah right lol.
In good news. Baby is doing fine :) I had one incident of spotting after sex but the OB said that was normal and not too worry. I started feeling kicks last week as well and that has really helped me relax a bit.
We've started a list of baby names but haven't settled on anything yet. We probably won't until she's born. Something just doesn't sit well with me deciding before then. With my first daughter, i knew when I saw here she was a Charlotte. I hope the same thing happens this time.
We haven't bought anything for the bub yet either. I'm going to wait until after the 20w scan is all clear then go nuts!

Our first born is named Allison and I love the idea of Ally and Maddy, but I feel like Maddison is so common! Luckily we still have a few more months to add to our list! :) |
