Hard to believe we are in week 30. I'm due for a ceaser at week 38 so the countdown is on! Just over 3 weeks to go at work - I can't wait. I've been doing my boss's job at work for the last three weeks while she's on leave and i'm exhausted.
We've just started getting the nursery together as we've finally finished reovating the bathroom. I was starting to panic thinking we might still be going if I went into labor early. Hubby got the message and got moving finally :).
My GD fasting levels are causing a bit of concern. My OB isn't worried but my diabetes educator thinks they should be lower. I'll be monitored for another week or so but might have to start insulin if it gets worse.
Other than that the GD diet is working. I haven't put on weight in 3 weeks which is good becuase i'm already up 16kgs at 30 weeks!!
Baby is kicking and punching hard now. It takes my breath away sometimes. I'm also farting like a trooper and they are really bad!!! It's soo embarrassing as I don't have much control of it. I blame baby but it doesn't really cut it with my daughter who's started singing songs about smelly farty mum..lol.
Hope everyone's pregnancy is tracking well.
