This is some next level stuff... I had completely forgotten how bad my sciatica got during pregnancy. This morning, I have a hard time walking and putting pressure on my feet. Luckily today I am off and have a hair appt so W will be at Daycare for a little bit. I will do some stretches and hopefully itll all be better for the afternoon. Ive missed my little guy so much, i just hope we get to play after his PM nap!!

Comment from nisha332 » Posted Sep. 23, 2017 9:53am Hi dear. I am sharing my experience with you. I had troubles with this as well, early in my first trimester with my daughter. I thought the same thing as you, that it was too early for the pregnancy to be the cause. Ended up going to Lotus Clinic in Ukraine as my friend recommended. I was told I had a tight piriformis muscle that was irritating my sciatic nerve. They gave me some stretches to do and it disappeared shortly after. I am now 9 weeks pregnant with my second and surprise, surprise, I've been having the same back pain for weeks. I'm going to do my stretches again and see what happens, but I honestly feel like it's too much of a coincidence. I think these little ones change us more than we know! Even this early on...Hopefully, yours will run its course like mine did and you'll find some relief. Interested to hear how you make out. I've got my fingers crossed mine goes away soon! I hope my experience will help you. Be safe and stay blessed. |
