First ultrasound appointment scheduled.

First ultrasound is booked for July 16th! My OBGYN messaged me and wants to do the first growth ultrasound on July 16th as well as blood tests (the usual pregnancy tests).
I'm excited and nervous.. 2 weeks to go before we see this little bean! I am high risk due to other medical reasons (certain medications I take too)....so this little one will be monitored closely for growth and his/her HR will be monitored closely to make sure my medications dont lower its heart rate.
I've cut back the carbs and sugar as I had GD with my last pregnancy which I controlled fully through eating healthier and clean. *We found out I had GD VERY EARLY in my last pregnancy, at 7 weeks*
All HPTs are progressing well...except for first response! It's been the same exact line for 5 days now...but 4 other brands I use are progressing fine. So I don't use first response anymore. I did go a little test crazy......for me it's really an addiction till I hit about 21dpo.
I am 17dpo today *possibly 16dpo*.
I hope everyone is doing well! And a happy and safe 4th of July to all my U.S. folks out there!

 | Comment from hopingforbfp » Posted Jul. 3, 2019 9:08pm It is! I decided to do a beta because the First Response tests not darkening were kinda irking me.... 7/3 HCG 80. Seems on the low side honestly after being over a week since I got my first positive. Second draw is Friday. Bit worried it's so low (as is the nurse who gave me the number)...but we will keep hope! |
