The Good & Bad news

I went for an appointment on October 1st (yesterday). My OBGYN wanted to do an ultrasound to address the ultrasound I had last week at the free pregnancy clinic. She wanted to see if the fluid next to the gestational sac grew. Good news, the fluid absorbed itself back!
Other news....the ultrasound showed the gestational sac, empty.
No yolk sac visible, no fetal pole...nothing. The gestational sac measured 5 weeks 4 days. So about 2 days off from where I should be measuring.
My doctor told me to keep hope...but she is pretty sure I have a
blighted ovum. So she advised me to be prepared for another loss. She said typically she sees at least a yolk sac by 5 weeks 4 days (supposed to be roughly 6 weeks). I went in for an HCG test today. And will have another on Friday. The numbers will be in by tomorrow morning.
Other news, I woke this morning and upon wiping after going to the bathroom, there was a few small clots and bright red blood. Only that one time I wiped. After that, nothing at all even till now. So that was odd too.
I'm staying positive ....but all things are looking bad from measuring behind, to an empty gestational sac, to the bleeding, to the cramps all last week.

We shall know 100% in a few days if this pregnancy is viable or not.

Anyone have a similar story and good outcome? Any empty gestational sacs at 5 weeks 4 days to 6 weeks 0 days....and all turned out well??
