28 week appointment
By Jelly-Bean » Posted May. 5, 2014 8:28am - 389 views - 1 comment

The doctor was really busy today which wasn't nice.. I rushed a few questions but will have to confirm I think at the next appointment next time.. just in case.

We're at 28 weeks 5 days actually.. and although not concerning, or too far below average, baby measured a bit below .. at 1.1kg he sounds okay to me but I'm still a tiny bit concerned.... * MUST remember to take all vitamins.. grrrrrrrr*

Otherwise things look fine..

I'm getting sore and big now even though I know there's still lots to go..

Cannot wait to meet him now.. 10 weeks feels so long off.

Other than that I'm just starting to get really really scared....

Firstly for the C-section itself... (I know what to expect but I'm still scared..).. and then also for life with 2 babies.. as his sister will BARELY be 2 years old when he arrives..

She's SO busy these days and clinging to mommy.. I sometimes really feel bad if I run out of ideas to entertain her.. or am just too tired.

I'm anxious of how and whether she'll accept the new baby so one can only hope. - She's a very smart girl.

other than that.. nothing much..

I THINK my friend at work is organizing a shower which will be a nice diversion.. Concentrating on work is getting harder by the day and I'd much rather be packing and organizing baby's things.... again. :)

Speaking of work.....

I know how you feeling when talking about a section & being scared about afterwards. I have a 9 yr old, and a very clingy 17m old Mama's boy, and we're expecting twins! I'm assuming that I'm going to end up in a section, and I've been wondering myself how I'm going to work two newborns & my son (who will be 20-21m when they arrive).

Everything will work itself out :)
