Nausea disappears..

So one reason I thought I might be pregnant was because I was nauseated. For several days after a positive test I was nauseated and then it disappeared for a day, came back for a day with advengence. The next day nothing... today is too early to tell but nothing so far. Took another test, dark solid line. Why can't I just settle down and stop running to the bathroom afraid of the worse?!?! I'm exhausted from worrying. TMI sometimes it feels like something is going on down there.. I go to the bathroom and then there is nothing! I really hate the first trimester! :(
