Concerned, incoming miscarriage?

Last night I had pretty good cramps. Finally I got to sleep. This morning I found about a half a dollar size brown/ dark pink discharge (but more brownish) in my undies. Nothing when I wiped. I've been to the bathroom since and nothing. My uterus does feel sore or I could be mistaking some gas. Need I be worried of a incoming miscarriage? Last time I remember I was 5 weeks 3 days and I just found red blood and I knew it was over. This time I'm 5 weeks and 2 days and not sure what to think.
