Second ultrasound today... twins, or not?

I'm having my second ultrasound today, to follow up on the one from friday. I'm really anxious about it. This pregnancy was completely unplanned. In fact, it was the dead opposite of planned, seeing as how I had an IUD.... To find out I'm pregnant, possibly with twins, has been a huge shocker! I've been up since 5 am, stressed out about this appointment. I'm terrified it's really two babies, but I'm also afraid it's none. My mind has just been spinning since I found this out last week.

What's worse, is my husband is headed out of town early this morning for the next week so I won't even have him here to talk to after my appointment. Depending on how this ultrasound goes, I may even have to have another ultrasound before he gets back too. Ugh! I have to sit on this for a week!

Can you call your hubby after the appointment at least or will he be out of pocket all week. That's really gonna suck if so - I'm sure he's not thrilled about that either. Update how it goes!
