Still in limbo

I went to the dr for another follow up and ultrasound again today. I've had a bit of bleeding that last couple of days and since my hcg levels and then the baby's heart rate at the ultrasound last week were both lower than normal, my dr did another one today. A week ago, it was measuring 6 weeks, 2 days, and then today, it's only measuring 6 weeks, 5 days, and the heart rate was only 120. Low for this stage, like last week. I don't know exactly when I got pregnant, but going by when I started feeling symptoms (in hindsight) and when my husband and I BD around that time, I should be close to 8 weeks. So that means I'm measuring a week behind, bleeding, low hcg levels, and low heart rate. I really don't think this one is going to stick...
