I woke up to a pool of blood between my legs...13 weeks, 5 days...

I woke up on Wednesday to find a pool of blood between my legs. I rushed to the toilet...and there was a stream of blood coming out of me, along with clots. I cried and cried...I called 911, as my husband was working up in Everett at the time (which is 2 hours away). i got to the hospital...I was in tears...I knew I had lost our baby. The bleeding had slowed down...
The doctor did an ultrasound...and there it was - a little heartbeat....a baby!! Oh my god, I was so relieved...but still so scared. They took a look at my cervix - everything is still closed up, and the baby's heartbeat was sitting at a steady 156. They found no masses...no blood in the womb... So I went home.
I went in the next day, the bleeding was still there, spotting every now and again. But the baby was still there, jumping all around...waving it's little arms, sucking it's thumb. :) And my cervix is still closed. Baby's heartbeat was at 165. The midwife informed me that my status is "threatened miscarriage"...but that most babies survive.
So at this point I'm taking it easy...resting...and praying that the Lord watches over me and my little midget. I hope he keeps us safe. :))
