33+5 - so frustrated

The MFM doctor that is monitoring my diabetes sent me for an ultrasound last week as I was measuring 35 weeks when I was, at tat time, 32 weeks and the baby came back measuring in the 95th percentile in belly and >90th for the head and legs... my husband is 6ft6, I’m not that big and my son was measuring that big also when I was pregnant with him... so I wasn’t really concerned. But now that they have seen that, I have to up morning insulin, up night time insulin and my glucose threshold numbers have been lowered so my decent numbers are now all considered high - ugh. I also go for weekly NSTs already and have 1-2 appts each week between the mat clinic, the diabetes clinic, the OB and the hospital NSTs. It’s very frustrating, especially around the holidays. On a side note- at least I got to see this LO before he/she comes out They we’re making suck lips in the us photo they gave me, which is funny because my son used to make duck lips all the time too when I had scans of him. I put a comparison photo on this entry. My son is on the left at 32+6 and this one on the right at 33+0. I can’t wait to meet this LO :D
