That you crave sweets with a girl was nuts ! Or smoking something ! I'm 19 weeks today with baby boy number two and my cravings the whole time has been as follows : skittles, starburst , coffee, red vines , French toast , bananas with chocolate and peanut butter . Cookies ...pies omg it's getting so bad . This sweet tooth is ridiculous and it's not at all helping that it's almost Halloween and the temptation in which I have given into for the bags of candy in our kitchen ! I was getting sweet grapes and pineapple thinking in my mind "hey at least it's fruit " and hoping it would curb my sweets cravings but it totally didn't ! And what's worse is I haven't announced the sex of the baby to Facebook but I often post my cravings are pin them on Pinterest and the first comments out of every persons mouth ?! "It's a girl !!!" Boy are they going to be shocked ! As much as I was ! Haha ...

	Comment from knicole27 » Posted Nov. 2, 2014 10:10am totally know !! also this pregnancy was COMPLETELY opposite that of my first son's. like everything about it!!! and its another boy. So odd how two pregnancies can be SOOOO different !!! and both my boys heartbeat rates have been in the 160's .

It is sooo weird because I ate a lot of Steak and Cheese with my 1st son and i was convinced this time it was a girl because I craved sweets and fruit was not cutting it here either. Still want sweets and I will have it in place of a meal which is awful but, that is what I want!!! I had a problem with Beef in the beginning of this pregnancy making me nauseous but that went away at 16 weeks. I learned a lot this time to not believe in wives tales.
	Comment from Fitbyjordan » Posted Oct. 30, 2014 8:53am My entire family always has been sweets = girl and meats = boys. It has been true for us... This time around if I get around sugar I want to throw up... We are hoping for a girl, so I hope its wrong this time around!!
	Comment from Kitten90 » Posted Oct. 30, 2014 8:34am All I want this whole pregnancy has been junk food/carbs/sweets and I definitely have a little girl =) The old wive's tales are totally BS though haha! Especially the heartbeat one.

I couldn't just have something small and be satisfied by any means! Now, I am pregnant with a girl and although I still crave some sweets it's not like I have to have them now or I will go insane. Wives tales are crazy if you ask me!
	Comment from Quartz3 » Posted Oct. 30, 2014 7:05am Haha! Cravings are so odd, aren't they? Lately lots of different foods are leaving a bad taste in my mouth, and most of my healthy, balanced meals I'm less than excited about.... all I really want to eat is junk food, carbs, and sugar!
