BIG milestones ! 34 weeks 3 days!

We did it !! I have officially made it past the gestation that I had my son at ! By three days !!!! Each day now that I'm pregnant feels like a celebration and just that much more time that he gets to "cook" in there . Liam was born at 34 weeks via emergency induction. My blood pressure was around 157/109 and I had protein in my urine as well as a growth restricted baby , failing liver and kidneys , edema of the brain . It was a nightmare that would cause PTSD in my life for probably a long time . I've however remained positive this time . Relying on faith and the knowing this time would be different .
I started on low dose aspirin , 4000 iu's of vitamin D and added magnesium starting at 11 weeks . I purchased a blood pressure cuff for home. I have been seen more frequently and have gotten growth scans at every appt as well as urine checks and monthly blood checks .
I'm happy to say that at 34 weeks I had no signs of a growth restricted baby and blood work ups have all been normal thus far. Blood pressure even up to today is average of 90s/60s .
From here on out being pregnant is a "new experience" for me. I'm sure I'll get to experience all those last week term discomforts but to not have this boy in the nicu will make it worth it !
On to week 35 we go!!!
