Am I pregnant yet?

God the beginning of a pregnancy feels like no pregnancy at all. I feel like I'm waiting for something to happen, and it never does! Of course I know I'm pregnant - the fatigue and the fact that I look like I'm 3 months pregnant already do not lie - but still. Nothing is going on. I tried to find the heartbeat at home last night with my doppler and could not find it. It was a long shot so early in the pregnancy so I'm not surprised that I could not find it, but still, it would have made things feel more concrete.
I have my first appointment next week though, and that's when I'll get the paperwork to get my first blood tests done and the NT scan scheduled. So things will finally start moving along soon...
