I was reading back on my other journal entries today and I can't believe how much has changed!

First off, on the 31st of August we found out we're having a perfectly healthy baby boy! And a week later my 3 monthly routine test (I have been seeing a nuerologist for almost a year due to a mystery illness that has give me weird nuero symptoms and high infection levels in my blood) showed that my infection levels were at an all time high.
I was put up to high risk and am on aspirin daily to prevent my blood from clotting, especially the blood flow between baby and me.

Since then I have had many troubles with walking, sitting, standing....anything really. I awoke one night to a loud crack in my pelvis and found out two days later the front two halves are 'dislocated' and sitting at different levels. I'm off for a scan today as they think I have bursitis in my hip as well.

This has all made day to day activities very excruciating, but my husband has been an amazing help around the house and I've had some great support from friends. One even came over and spent hours cleaning my house!! I feel extremely lucky despite being bed ridden until January.

Instead of going public, we're now going private and have our first appointment with the OB on the 1st of November. I can't wait to see what she says about a possible vbac (unlikely now though :( due to my pelvis) and to see our baby boy on the ultrasound. My infection levels and hemoglobin (which is taking a bit of a dive currently) should be rechecked and I should have my GD results by then too :)

November is proving to be a busy month with a neuro appointment and a week long baby moon also planned! We're also hoping to have the nursery finished before December as Alexis tried coming at 32 weeks and we want to be prepared this time LOL

So while the next few weeks are busy, I'm hoping December will be a bit more relaxing. Here's hoping!

Chaz
