BH all day???

Yesterday I had BHs all day...this morning they are starting again....i finally used bathroom which I have been backed up for awhile Sorry TMI...so I wouldnt expect lose bowls being that I usually have trouble goi number 2...I could feel alot of pain in groin area...what is going on here?
