On August 21, 2018 at 33 weeks 2 days pregnant
Baby Shower
My husband's office threw a baby shower for us. They did an amazing job and it was fun. :)

On May 4, 2018 at 17 weeks 5 days pregnant
Started Wearing Maternity Clothes
Finally went and bought maternity underwear and maternity jeans. Haven't really worn jeans in a few weeks because of bloating, but now it hurts to wear my normal jeans. (So do normal underwear.)

On March 24, 2018 at 11 weeks 2 days pregnant
Gender Reveal Party
My sister threw a party for us to reveal the baby's gender to our other kids and the rest of our family. We had a wonderful time!

On March 21, 2018 at 10 weeks 6 days pregnant
Found Out Baby's Gender
I received the call from the prenatal genetic testing and learned that the baby was negative for trisomy markers and that our precious miracle is a GIRL!

On March 9, 2018 at 9 weeks 1 day pregnant
First Prenatal Appointment
Wonderful appointment. Using the same OB/gyn I used with my first pregnancy. Baby measured perfectly at 9+4 with heart rate of 172. Husband went with me.

On March 1, 2018 at 8 weeks 0 days pregnant
Released By RE to Ob/gyn
Today was our last visit to the Reproductive Endocrinologist! We have "graduated" to Ob/gyn now!

On February 24, 2018 at 7 weeks 2 days pregnant
Announced Pregnancy to Family
Everyone is super excited and loves this baby so much already!

On February 9, 2018 at 5 weeks 4 days pregnant
First Ultrasound
We saw the gestational sac and the yolk sac and measured 5 weeks 4 days. Looking good!

On January 26, 2018 at 3 weeks 0 days pregnant
First Positive Pregnancy Test
I wasnt planning to test because we weren’t really trying. We had spent the month recovering from a miscarriage. But my period was late (or so I thought, apparently I ovulated late.) so I went ahead and tested. I was amazed when 2 lines appeared before time was up!

Told Husband/Partner
I debated waiting to tell my husband until after my first hcg test, but I couldn’t wait! He was so excited!

She is hitting all of her milestones and her pediatrician was amazed at how well she can hold up her head! She is an easy baby and only cries when she is hungry. She just grunts for being wet or tired. She is a sweet, social baby. She giggles and smiles a lot. She is a dream come true!
