On March 1, 2013 at 35 weeks 5 days pregnant
Baby Dropped
saw the midwife today and she confirmed that baby has in fact dropped and that is why I have been feeling so much pressure and been uncomfortable...

Started Childbirth Classes
On January 6, 2013 at 28 weeks 0 days pregnant
Packed for the Hospital/Birth Center
Well, I know that I am only 28weeks at the moment but I was born at 32wks and I have a slightly increased risk of premature labour anyway, plus that so I just want to be prepared just in case....I have only really half packed it though as only things for baby are in it, not stuff for me yet - that I will do in a few wks or so.... makes me feel better to know that at least some things are starting to be prepared now...

Installed Car Seat
Today me and my partner put the pushchair together and sorted out the car seat...I hadnt planned on doing it, but he wanted to and I was just happy to see him so excited so we did it :)

Announced Pregnancy to Family
It took this long as I wanted to do it in person and my family all live in London...Today I went down there for a celebration party for my aunt's newly adopted son, and so I told all my aunts, uncles, cousins etc there :) Everyone was really happy and excited and offering me loads of advice and best wishes...I am so glad that they are pleased and supportive of me xxx

Husband/Partner Felt Baby Move for the First Time
It was about 11pm and we were sitting together watching tv and I just took his hand and put it on my belly when I felt her moving and then a few seconds later she kicked him and he was so happy :)

Found Out Baby's Gender
We found out we are having a little baby girl!! :)

Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
I was sitting on the sofa watching tv with my partners head on my lap and I could distinctly feel a wriggling/crawling sensation between his head and my belly... first I ignored it but it continued and then again in bed it was the same when I lay down and turned over :) I am amazed and excited about feeling my lil baby move for the first time and it is very reassuring to know that he/she is ok in there... xx

First Prenatal Appointment
Met my midwife for the first time :)

Started Wearing Maternity Clothes
I was given a £20 New Look voucher as a gift but all the 'normal' jeans didnt fit me even though I am a size 8, they just all felt uncomfortable, so I went to the maternity section and they fitted perfect :) Got the jeans from there and a maternity top too ...

First Ultrasound
I had an emergency ultrasound scan done at 7wks 3days due to bleeding but all was fine...thank god :) x

Told Husband/Partner
I left the positive test in his pillow in the bedroom wrapped in a box with a bow on it - he was over the moon and cooked me breakfast lol :) xxx
